
You can manually check for the update by heading to Settings > Change PC Settings > Update and recovery > Check now > View details > Install.
Updates for the Surface Pro 3 are cumulative, which means that the latest update will include all previous updates that you might have missed. Once a firmware update is installed on your Surface Pro 3, it cannot be uninstalled.
The update to the Surface Pro 3 brings the following new features and improvements to your tablet:

- Surface Integration driver update (v2.0.1102.0) enhances user experience, including Wi-Fi stability;
- Surface Wi-Fi and Bluetooth driver update (v15.68.3055.107) improves Wi-Fi/ Bluetooth reliability and system stability, and significantly enhances the user experience.
