The Facebook Messenger for iOS app has been updated to version 7.0 which now includes native support for the Apple iPad. Even though the social network's developer team has taken their time to release the app, the result is well worth the wait.

On Facebook Messenger for iPad, you can make calls or send messages, pictures, and stickers to other users, just as you would on your iPhone or iPod Touch. The developers have taken the time to nicely adjust the user interface to take full advantage of the larger iPad screen real estate.
Additionally the update also brings the ability to save videos you captured in Messenger on your device camera roll along with the usual bug fixes and performance improvements you can expect with a new release.
