T-Mobile introduces UN-Carrier 6.0 with unRadio

T-MobileT-Mobile had a busy day today themselves. After announcing its UN-Carrier 5.0 announcements, the carrier also introduced UN-Carrier 6.0, which aims to un-leash music in America. They are doing this with the introduction of a new music service called unRadio

unRadio is a joint effort between T-Mobile and Rhapsody, which eliminates the biggest customer pain points associated with traditional Internet radio. unRadio music streaming is completely ad free, lets you skip all you want, and you can choose your music and replay your favorites any time - all from a catalog of more than 20 million songs.

T-Mobile Simple Choice customers will now be able to stream all the music they want from all the most popular streaming services, including Pandora, Rhapsody, iHeartRadio, iTunes Radio, Slacker, and Spotify. T-Mobile is also inviting customers to visit www.t-mobilemusicfreedom.com and tweet with the hashtag #musicfreedom to vote on which other services to add next.

Starting June 23, T-Mobile customers with T-Mobile’s unlimited 4G LTE data service can get Rhapsody’s unRadio free of charge. In addition, unRadio will be available at a discounted price of $4 per month for other T-Mobile customers.

Rhapsody unRadio will be available initially for iOS and Android and on the Web. There is no news on whether the service will have a native Windows Phone app at this time. You can learn more about the service by following the source link below.
