The LG G3 is arguably one of the hottest smartphones of this year. It brings several unique features, including the super high-resolution Quad-HD display, the fast laser autofocus and the enhanced Smart Keyboard. Fortunately the folks at XDA have managed to extract the Smart Keyboard.
In order to install the ported Smart Keyboard, you will need to have a rooted device running Android 4.4 KitKat. Note that if you are using an LG G2, your old keyboard will be overwritten, so if you don't want to lose it, better back it up.
The Smart Keyboard comes with improved contextual recognition, which reportedly decreases the margin for input errors by 75%, and a fair amount of customization, which enables owners of the G3 to change its on-screen height and bind symbols to buttons. Although most of the keyboard's features are not unique, it's always good to see that a manufacturer is trying to treat its users to the best possible experience.
If you want to try LG's Smart Keyboard on your Android device, you can do so by following the source link at the bottom of this post.
