Unfortunately the Wi-Fi calling feature is currently limited to the Samsung Galaxy S4 mini and the Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3. These are definitely not the top smartphones on Sprint's network, so it looks like the carrier plans to test the Wi-Fi calling feature with a smaller user base before a wider availability.
Keep in mind that Sprint's Wi-Fi calling feature is only available to make local calls and texts. You will still have to pay a fee for international calls. If you don't have either phone, don't worry. Sprint says it will add additional Android models throughout this year.
