We recently saw the Android 4.3 update released for the Sony Xperia SP. Now the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean software update is being rolled out to Sony's Xperia T, Xperia TX and Xperia V.
Starting today, February 13, the update will begin rolling out to the above mentioned devices in phases. Exact timing may vary, depending on your market and carrier, so not everyone will receive the update right away. You will receive a notification when the update is available for your handset at which point you can install the update on your device.

Along with the usual new features and enhancements offered by Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, the software update will also bring updates to Sony apps like Walkman, Messaging, TrackID, Sony Select, Smart Connect, Small apps and others.
Now that the update is out of the way, users will be wondering if Sony will eventually release the Android 4.4 KitKat update for these handsets. According to the Japanese manufacturer KitKat update is still "under investigation" for the Xperia T, Xperia TX, Xperia V and even the Xperia SP.
