Lenovo Vibe X officially announced

The Lenovo Vibe X which is also known as the IdeaPhone S960 features a 5 inch touch display with a 1920 by 1080 pixel resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The device itself is quite thin and light at 6.9mm and 121g, and it is made of "premium polycarbonate body" with what is supposedly a "fabric-like surface". You even get the latest version of  on the device.

Lenovo has included a 13 megapixel camera with autofocus, a BSI sensor and LED flash. There is also a 5 megapixel front facing camera with a wide-angle lens for video calls. The Vibe X is powered by a 1.5GHz MediaTek MT6589T processor with 2GB of RAM.

While you may not get the Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor which is available on most new devices the MediaTek SoC is capable of holding its own. Unfortunately it doesn't look like Lenovo is planning to bring the Vibe X to the US or Europe. It will be released in China in October and 12 more regions in December.
