Today LG announced that their brand new flagship the LG G2, which brings some great hardware and innovative software features. LG promised that the handset would be headed to all four major carriers (Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile) in the U.S. and T-Mobile was the first to confirm that they would be offering the G2 on their 4G LTE network.

Sprint has also followed suit confirming that they too would be offering the LG flagship smartphone on their unlimited data plan.

The LG G2 features a 5.2 inch full HD touch display, up to 32GB of internal storage, a 13 megapixel camera with optical image stabilization, a secondary 2 megapixel camera for video calls and is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 800 processor from Qualcomm with 2GB of RAM. LG has customized the underlying Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with several software enhancements hoping to make the device highly sort after.

Unfortunately Sprint, much like T-Mobile is still to specify a release date, simply stating that users can expect the G2 to arrive later this year. Remember that you can learn all you need to know about the LG G2 here.
