Apple has released OS X Mavericks 10.9 Developer Preview 5 to developers registered in Apple's Mac Developer Program. This release comes three weeks after OS X Mavericks Developer Preview 4 was released to developers. Other than for a new iBooks for Mac app the changes seem to be incremental, mostly concerning the general functionality of the platform, which indicates that the OS X 10.9 is nearing its final release.
If you are a registered member of Apple's Mac Dev Center the update will be available to you through the Mac App Store.
