In an attempt to conquer all things search, Google has come up with their latest new technology – Google Nose. Google claims that they have designed an “aromabase” which has been filled with over 15 million “scentibytes” of data, thanks to Google’s Mobile Aroma Indexing Program.
This service will be used to help users search and identify smells via Google adding to the already available visual and aural results.
Additionally SafeSearch is said to be enabled on Google Nose to to make sure you avoid any unwanted searches.
This is Google’s third new release for the day following Google Maps Treasure Mode and the YouTube shutdown. So if you are still reading this post you would have figured out, this is yet another cleaver April Fool’s prank by the search company.
Google Nose Beta - coming soon to an Android or Google enabled device near you….
