- Download the latest version of Sn0wbreeze for Windows to a accessible location.
- - Download iOS 6.0.1
- - Connect your device to your computer using your USB cable.
- - Run Sn0wbreeze
- Download Microsoft.NET framework 3.5 if you are using Windows 8.

- - Sn0wbreeze will now build you a custom firmware file, which will be placed on your desktop when completed.

- - Now put your device in Pwned DFU mode using the iREB option available on the Sn0wbreeze menu.
- - Once your device is in Pwned DFU mode, close Sn0wbreeze and start iTunes.
- Select your connected device from the left iTunes menu
- Press and hold the Shift key + the Restore button on iTunes.
- iTunes will now prompt you to select your desired IPSW file.
- Select the custom built firmware file which Sn0wbreeze created in Step 08 and let iTunes restore it to your device.

- Sn0wbreeze will also create an additional folder on your desktop called iBooty. This is required to boot your device in tethered jailbreak mode in order to run apps and tweaks from Cydia.
- Start iBooty and select the device you want to boot into tethered mode
- Hit the Start button.
- follow the onscreen instructions on iBooty to enter Pwned DFU mode on your device.
- Once you are in DFU mode, iBooty will automatically boot your device into tethered jailbreak mode.
