The Nokia Music for Symbian app has received a major update for Nokia Belle FP2 devices which now offers a Qt-based native Symbian app to replace the previous version which was largely web based. The app offers a whole new music browsing and buying experience, demonstrating that Nokia is still committed to support their Symbian platform users.
You can download the app to your device by connecting your Bell FP2 device to your computer through the Nokia Suite.
The update should eventually also be available as an OTA update through the SW Update app. This brand new app could also have been the reason for Nokia to previously pull the Belle FP2 update after some users complained about issues on their devices.
We aren't quite certain if this app is part of the refreshed Bell FP2 update, and yet need to clarify if non Bell FP2 users have access to the new music app. If you do get your hands on this update, let us know how it worked out for your.
