We now know that the wait for ICS will soon be over as the official (IMM7D) build was recently leaked.You can follow our step by step guide on how to install the latest version of Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich on your Google Nexus S 4G.

- Download Android 4.0.4 (IMM76Drelease-keys.zip) ROM.
- Press Volume Up + Volume Down and Power button.
- Set your device into 'Download Mode'.
- Connect your device to your computer and wait until it is detected by Odin
- You will see '0:[COM]'
- Select Bootloader and then SPH-D720_IMM76D_KE1_BOOTLOAD_signed.tar
- Select PDA and then SPH-D720_IMM76D_PDA_signed.tar
- Select Phone and then SPH-D720_IMM76D_LC1_Modem_signed.tar
- Finally click Start
- Once your device reboots your can enjoy Android Ice Cream Sandwich
You will receive an automatic notification when the update is available for your device but you can also manually search for the update though Settings > About phone > System update.
