You can check out the guide for installing Android 4.0 ICS on the Samsung Galaxy S II here.
But now the community has also brought a port of Android ICS to a Windows Mobile device, the popular HTC HD2 has also received ICS and you can find the step by step guide to install Android 4.0 ICS on your HTC HD2.
The HD2 which runs Windows Mobile 6.5 features a 4.3-inch display, 5MP camera with dual-LED flash and is powered by a 1GHz processor. It has already received a Windows Phone 7 port and an Android 2.2 port and now gets to savor ICS before many newer devices.
NOTE - The process of rooting and installing custom ROMs is for experienced users and may void your warranty. This process may leave your device bricked and un-usable. We are not responsible for any issues which may occur by inexperience or not following the guide properly.
NOTE - This is an alpha build. The data connection (3G), audio, USB mass storage and camera are still not working. Please note that you wont be able to use your device for day to day activities once you install this ROM because of functionality. [UPDATE] The beta build has been uploaded through XDA Developers
