The Lumia 800 features a 3.7 inch ClearBlack AMOLED display and a build similar to that of the Nokia N9 with the distinctive capacitive buttons in the front setting it apart. It has an 8MP f/2.2 camera with Carl Zeiss optics with autofocus and dual-LED flash.
You can three colors to choose from between blue, magenta and black. and the Lumia 800 is powered by a 1.4 GHz single core CPU and 512MB of RAM
Next in line is the Nokia Lumia 710 which features features with Lumia 800 like the 3.7" ClearBlack display. It is also powered by the same 1.4 GHz single core processor and 512 MB of RAM. But has a TFT display, 8GB of storage and a 5MP camera compared to the Lumia 800. The device also features Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3.5 mm headphone connector, microUSB for connectivity options.
The Nokia Lumia 710 is available in a range of colors to suit the end users preference and is set to be offered as a more affordable option.
Nokia has also worked to customize the end users experience on the Windows Phone platform and added features like Nokia Drive - which offers voice guided turn-by-turn navigation for the first time on a Windows Phone device.
Bothe the Lumia 800 and the lumia 700 will be available for purchase in November and the 800 is already available for pre-order. The first wave od devices will be available in France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Spain and U.K. through 31 carriers and retailers. Hong Kong, India, Russia, Singapore and Taiwan will follow later in the year with availability in more markets coming in early 2012.
The Lumia 710 will cost €270 at launch with the Lumia 800 costing €420. The Nokia 900 which wasnt announced today will obviously be the first device to hit the U.S. shores
