The BlackBerry PlayBook has plagued with poor sales since it was launched. Mainly blamed on the poor software which lacks some much needed features like a mail client, calendar or contacts manager. While RIM has been preparing an update to their software competition in the tablet market continues to grow and the price reduction maybe what the PlayBook needs to try and play catch up.
