Following the Windows Phone RTM release Microsoft stays committed to continue updating the Windows Phone platform. Windows Phone Tango will be the first step in this update.
While it won’t be a major update Tango aims to fill the gap of low end smartphones which are not capable of running Windows Phone 7 with it’s high set of requirements.
Tango is said to be aimed primarily at developing countries and is probably the result of the Nokia-Microsoft partnership. Nokia is known for its manufacturing of smartphones at a range of prices to suite a wide audience.
While Microsoft has not provided any more information regarding these upcoming updates, be sure to stay tuned as we bring you the latest news regarding the evolution of Windows Phone.
