[Android app] Facebook 3.6 beta available through beta program

Facebook for Android version 3.6 beta has been released for users who have signed up for the social networks Android beta program. Among the new features is the ability to cancel photo uploads while they are still in progress, like and comment on Pages recommendations and more.

If you have already signed up for the beta, you will automatically receive the updated version of the application through the Google Play Store.

If you have not signed up for the beta and want to partake in it,

2. Tap Become a Tester in the Google Play Store and download the latest version of Facebook: http://bit.ly/121po70

Once you have completed these steps you can download the latest (beta) version of Facebook from the Play Store to your device.

Version 3.6 beta of Facebook for Android has the following new features and improvements:

• Cancel photo uploads while they're still in progress 
• Like and comment on Pages recommendations
• [Aug 16] Some stickers are now animated in messages—see Pusheen, Beast and Anooki wave, dance and wiggle! (Android 4.0.2 and higher)
