Even with Nokia's device road-map leading to Windows Phone and their plans to abandon Meego as their smartphone operating system, the Nokia N9 is a device which has brought a lot of excitement from the online community for it's unique user experience and beautiful design.With all the hype, there has not been any news on the release of this device. At least until now. Orange in Switzerland claims that their online stores are expecting the arrival of the Meego powered Nokia N9 on September 15. News that will make the Meego fans (at least in Switzerland) very happy.
While no solid pricing has been announced other than some hints and rumors online. There is no doubt that this device will be popular where it is released.
The Nokia N9 is expected to be released only in select regions, avoiding some big markets like the UK and US which are getting prepared for the upcoming Windows Phone devices from Nokia like the Nokia Sea Ray.
