Verizon has unveiled a new affordable Android smartphones called the LG Lucid 3, which comes as a sequel to last year's LG Lucid 2. The new LG Lucid 3 will be available through Verizon's online and retail stores starting today and will cost $299.99 to those willing to sign a two year pact.
The LG Lucid 3 is an Android 4.4 KitKat smartphone with features and a design similar to the LG L90. The smartphone features a 4.7 inch qHD (540 by 960 pixel) display, a 5MP camera, 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, a 2400mAh battery and a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 processor with 1GB of RAM.
The handset comes with LG's usual software customization including the Knock Code, which lets you unlock your device display. The Knock Code feature was first introduced on the LG G Pro 2, and the Lucid 3 is the first smartphone on Verizon's network to come with this feature.
