Lenovo Windows Phone 8.1 device maybe coming this summer

Lenovo Windows Phone
During the MWC 2014, Microsoft announced that Lenovo is among its new Windows Phone hardware partners. Lenovo and Microsoft have had a long-lasting partnership, but the Chinese company has only released PCs, notebooks and tablets running Microsoft's software. With the release of Windows Phone 8.1 this may change.

According to Russian website WP7forum, the first Lenovo Windows Phone device may be launched this summer, with an official announcement possibly coming in April.

According to WP7forum, the upcoming Lenovo Windows Phone handset will be a mid-range device sporting a 4.5 to 5-inch display, and featuring a Snapdragon 400 or Snapdragon 600 processor. The device could cost about $400 or less.

Lenovo recently purchased Motorola from Google for a sum of nearly $3 billion, which clearly indicates that the company has a strong commitment to Android. We are very curious to see if Lenovo will use Motorola in its future plans for Windows Phone.
