Another feature which will make its way is the ability to boot directly to desktop mode instead of the Start screen. Currently it is available as an option with Windows 8.1, but it looks like Microsoft plans to make this default.
Its great to see the touch optimized version of Windows will cater to traditional users, still bound by the restrictions of a mouse and keyboard. We like to see Windows evolve to suite various types of hardware instead of restrict users to one touch interface across all devices.
