BlackBerry Z30 launches in the U.K. with international shipping

Despite all the problems BlackBerry has been facing recently it looks like its business as usual at the Canadian Firm. The recently announced BlackBerry Z30 flagship is now available for purchase in the U.K. through Selfridges. The device has been priced at £529.00 ($848 USD) and offers optional international shipping.

The BlackBerry Z30 features 5 inch touch display with a 720 by 1280 pixel resolution, 16GB of storage which can be expanded through microSD, an 8 megapixel camera capable of 1080p HD video capture, a secondary 2 megapixel camera for video calls and is powered by a 1.7GHz dual-core processor with 2GB of RAM.

We are not certain if BlackBerry plans to bring their newest flagship to the U.S. as they seem to prefer focussing on focussing on countries where their devices are still popular. Even though Sprint has confirmed that they will be offering the unit, none of the U.S. carriers have shown much commitment to their BlackBerry unit inventory lately.

If you choose to purchase the device from outside of the U.K., Selfridges has estimated an additional £15 for EU countries or £25 for countries outside the EU. The number of international countries are limited and the U.S. is unfortunately not one of them. If you live in one of the supported regions, the device will be shipped to you SIM free and ready for use.
