Alongside the release of iOS 7.0 beta 4 for developers, Apple has also released iTunes 11.1 Beta 1 for developers. The release is currently limited to Apple OS X users, but does include iTunes Radio integration for those living in the United States.
If you are a developer registered in Apple's Mac Developer program you can get the new beta right now. Other than the iTunes integration, the update also features the expected performance improvements and bug fixes. However given its early release state and limited availability, it may not be a common download for developers.
While a Windows version is not available at this time, we can expect Apple will follow up with an updated release which should include support for Windows.
