Earlier today we reported that
Google Currents for iOS has been updated to match the version which was
previously released for Android users. Now Google has also updated the YouTube Capture app to version 1.1 which is an exclusive for iOS users, even though they have promised to release a version for Android users. YouTube Capture for iOS allows users to make a video, edit it with color enhancements or music and upload it to YouTube, Google+, Facebook or Twitter.
You can download the update directly on your device through the Apple App Store or by using the link which follows:

YouTube Capture version 1.1 has the following new features and improvements:
- Support for 1080p uploads, compared to the previous 720p support
- Improved audio sync
- Improved upload speeds
- Lots of bug fixes
There is still no news on when Google will release an Android version and frankly it is quite disappointing that Google isnt working harder on bringing their apps to their own platform.
