Last month we reported that the Motorola Atrix HD will be receiving the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update. Now users on the Motorola Feedback Network are being invited for a soak test which the device, which could indicate that the Jelly Bean update maybe just around the corner.

A soak test generally covers a small number of users and is meant to help isolate and remove any issues with the update before making it available to the public.

There is no guarantee that this is actually the Jelly Bean update for the Atrix HD, and could as well be a minor update meant to fix bugs. Since users are not permitted to share the contents of the update, we wont really know unless the information in leaked or the final update is publicly released.

For those who don’t know the Motorola Atrix HD which was launched with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich features a 4.5 inch touch display, 8GB of internal storage which can be expanded through microSD, an 8 megapixel camera capable of 1080p HD video capture, a secondary camera for video calls and is powered by a 1.5GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM.
