Google Play Store for Android updated (3.10.9)

The Google Play Store for Android has been updated to version 3.10.9 which is a minor update to the Store client. The new version is similar to what's offered in Android 4.2 Jelly Bean with some changes. The Google Play Store gives you access to apps, music, movies and books for your Android devices.

The update should be pushed to your device automatically. But you can also manually download and install the APK using the following link:

The Google Play Store version 3.10.9 has the following new features and improvements:
  • A new screen pops up when you start installing apps which helps you discover new apps based apps that other users have installed.
  • Remove option added to ‘My Wishlist’, which allows you to cleanup your wish list.
  • Store requests location based permissions for ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION
  • A new Translate buttom which appears next to app descriptions to translate them for you.
  • An option to Improve Recommendations which appears above the ‘Recommended for You’ option. This feature is linked to Google+ to help improve recommendations based on your Circles.
If you come across any new changes, share it with us in the comments section below.
