Apple has released the first beta of Mac OS X 10.8.3 Mountain Lion to developers who have enrolled in Apple’s OS X developer program. If you are a registered developer you can download the latest beta, by heading over to the Mac Dev Center.
The release carries build number 12D32 and follows a release of a new iOS 6.1 beta for the iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch and Apple TV. Developers are required to download and install the OS X Software Seed Configuration Unity before they are given access to the 10.8.3 beta.
The OS X 10.8.3 beta release brings improvements to AirPlay, AirPort, Game Center and graphics drives. The release also fixes a number of known issues with Safari as well as fixes when switching between apps using the Command + Tab shortcut.
If you are a developer with membership to Apple’s developer program head over to the Dev Center right now and get the latest tools you will need to ready your apps for the next version of OS X Mountain Lion.
