The DROID RAZR M was the first of these devices to be released last month with the DROID RAZR HD and DROID RAZR MAXX HD expected on October 18th. Even though the device has been in the market only for a few weeks, a Jelly bean ROM has already leaked for the device, suggesting that Motorola is keeping to their schedule to bring the update on time.
The leaked ROM carriers version 98.11.35 XT907 and is 255MB in size. This may not be the last version of the software which Verizon will offer for the device, but it should give a clear indication of what you can expect from the device.
Keep in mind that there is no stock ICS ROM nor has the DROID RAZR M been rooted, so you will not be able to revert back to your original version of Android if you install this leaked ROM.
[NOTE] We do not recommend installing custom or pre-release ROMs unless as it may result in loss of data or device malfunction if not installed properly. Please note that you will be proceeding at your own risk.
