Nokia Lumia 920 wins 81% vote as top Windows Phone 8 device

A recent survey of 7,568 respondents aimed to answer a question on which Windows Phone 8 device will be dominant when the new lineup hit the market. 81.4% favored the Nokia Lumia 920 which features Nokia’s second generation PureView camera.

While we have seen very little of the competition, together they have only managed to muster 11% of the votes.

The Nokia Lumia 820 holds 7.76% of the votes, and even with a similar design and innovative features it comes in a distant second place.

The Samsung ATIV S and the HTC (Accord) 8X are two devices we know very little about at this time and its possible that users may change their point of video as more information about these devices are revealed. However HTC has an event planned for September 19th and we may see the rumored HTC Zenith, which could wow away an audience with its 4.7 inch display and the first quad-core processor powering it.

Will Nokia’s PureView technology be enough for it to dominate the Windows Phone brand? Also does the new Lumia Series have what it takes to win members from the Android and iOS camp over.
