Google Galaxy Nexus for Verizon receives software update to fix LTE connectivity issue


A leaked Best Buy memo suggests that certain models of the Google Galaxy Nexus for Verizon has been facing LTE connectivity issues where these devices loose connectivity after 15 minutes. Some users have been faced with returning several devices before getting one which worked and the suspected model with the issue is version I515.10.


The leaked memo goes on to state that Samsung has identified the issue with the device and a repair in the form of an OTA (Over-the-Air) update is making its way to those affected devices.

The updated models are said to carry an ‘updated’ sticker, so be on the lookout if you are planning to purchase a new Galaxy Nexus from Verizon.
