- Download Norton-security and install it on your device. Ignore any warning messages which may occur and continue with the installation.
- - Launch the Norton AV app from your Menu and go to Option > Antivirus > Quarantine list
- - There will be three files in your Quarantine. Restore all these files one by one using Options > Restore
- - Once restoration in complete exit the Norton app and uninstall it.
- - Go to File Manager and see if there is a folder named ‘Shared’ in C:/ (Phone Memory)
- If the folder is present delete the entire folder.
- Also make sure you uninstall any apps with the name Norton or Symantec using the Application Manager (Settings > Installation > Already Installed)
- Once completed Restart your device.

- Download the Symbian_installserver_Hack_by_digipassion.com.sisx and install it to your phone memory (C:/)
- You can ignore any ‘Application not trusted’ or ‘Not compatible with phone’ messages which may appear.

- Launch the newly installed ROM Patcher+ from your menu
- Select and apply the installserver RP+ v1.7 patch through options (this will enable you to install unsigned apps without certificate errors)
