Last week, Microsoft made the Nokia Lumia 900 available for pre-order through their retail stores in the U.S. The device was set at just $99 with a two year contract with AT&T with a reservation cost of $25. Now it turns out that the Microsoft has stopped taking pre-orders stating that anyone interested should keep an eye on Microsoft's Facebook Page for more details.Microsoft has not shared any more details on why they chose to end the pre-orders
The Nokia Lumia 900 is an updated U.S. variant of the Nokia Lumia 800 which is making is rounds everywhere else. The Lumia 900 features a 4.3 inch AMOLED touchscreen display, 8 megapixel camera with dual-LED flash capable of 720p HD video capture, 1.3 megapixel front facing camera for video calling, 16GB of internal storage and is powered by a 1.4GHz processor with 512 MB of RAM.
The device will be exclusively available through the AT&T LTE network and may eventually make it's way to other carriers in future.
