Owners of the Wi-Fi version of the Motorola Xoom in the U.S. who are members of the Motorola feedback group are already receiving notifications on the availability of the Android 4.0.3 update for their device.
If you have not received a notification don't worry you can follow our guide on how to update your Xoom to the latest version of Android.
NOTE - If you have updated your device to a non stock Android ROM, please make sure you downgrade your device to build version HTK75D before proceeding
NOTE - This update is only applicable to the U.S. version of the Motorola Xoom

- Download the Android 4.0.3 update file.
- Place the downloaded .zip file on teh root folder of a flash drive
- Connect the flash drive to your Xoom using a host cable
. - Enter Recovery mode on your device
- Reboot your device
- Once you see the Motorola logo wait for a couple of seconds
- Press and hold Volume Down button.
- The Android recovery logo will appear on the top right
- Press Volume Up to select it
- Once you have booted into recovery you will see only the Android logo on your screen.
- Apply the update through the stock recovery.
- To leave recovery mode press Volume Up + Volume Down together. and reboot
