Apple OS X (10.6.8) Snow Leopard updated


It looks like Apple has not forgotten their older operating system even with the recent release of OS X Lion. Apple OS X Snow Leopard has received an supplemental update today.

This update which is recommended for all users running OS X 10.6.8 resolves issues with:

Users who have not already download OS X 10.6.8 will just receive an updated version of 10.6.8. If you have your update size is just around 10.5MB.
  • Transferring personal data, settings and compatible applications from a Mac running Mac OS  Snow Leopard to a new Mac running Mac OS X Lion.
  • Certain network printers that pause print jobs immediately and fail to complete.
  • System audio that stops working when using HDMI or optical audio out.
