More manufactures join Windows Phone 7

Samsung, HTC and LG were the first manufacturers to release Windows Phone 7 devices. Aside from Nokia who plans to use Windows Phone as their primary smartphone operating system, Three more companies have announced their interest in manufacturing Windows Phone 7 devices: namely Acer, Fujitsu and ZTE Corp.

These companies will release their handsets following the Mango software update which will be released during fall this year.

It would be interesting to see if companies like Sony Ericsson and Motorola who have moved to 'greener' pastures would find their way back to Windows Phone in the near future.
