Apple is said to release an update for the location tracking bug, which got them under fire not too long ago. The folks at BGR are reporting that they have gotten their hands on this update which will be version 4.3.3.
Apple iOS 4.3.3 is said to include:
- The update will no longer back up the location database to iTunes.
- The size of the location database will be reduced.
- The location database will be deleted entirely when Location Services are turned off.
- Battery life improvements.
- iPod bug fixes.
This update is supposed to be released in the next couple of weeks, and will close the Jailbreak holes from iOS 4.3.1 and iOS 4.3.2.
Keep tuned to find out as soon as iOS 4.3.3 is out.
