Two issues that Android developers face is that the Android Market is slow to add support for paid apps internationally, and it doesn't have support for in app payments.
It looks like Google has fixed one of these issues by adding the feature to support in-app payments in the Android Market.
With Apple developers taking full use of this feature since 2009, it is about time that Android developers can have the same.
Since Android has been reaching out to a wider audience it seams that it's users are less likely to pay for apps that iOS device users. But with in app purchases developers can release free apps and add customization and premium features to their apps for an added cost.
Android market will charge a fee of 30% for anything sold through an in-app purchases.
