Apple iTunes updated (10.2.1)


Apple has updated its iTunes software for the Windows and OS X platform, along with it's home brewn Java runtime environment. The iTunes update version 10.2.1 comes days after the release of iTunes 10.2 and is probably aimed at some bugs which were reported including Home Sharing on the recently released iTunes 10.2.

You can download iTunes for Mac OS directly on your device by opening Software Update by clicking the Apple icon. If you own a Windows PC, you can run Apple Software Update from your Start Screen (menu) or by using the following link

The other update from Apple is for the Java runtime for OS X 10.5 and 10.6. These are minor updates which address some security issues in Java SE 6 and Java SE 5 runtime.



You can use the Software Update application on your Mac Windows to get these update or you can download and install them manually using the links which follow:
