Upcoming Symbian updates revealed

It seems like Nokia will continue to support the Symbian OS, even though they have chosen to use Windows Phone as their primary smartphone operating system.

One indicator was in the presentation by Nokia's 'Smart Devices' Chief, Jo Harlow: Where the future Symbian UI was previewed along with information on upcoming Symbian devices with 1GHz processors and dual core chips, along with advancements in the camera.

So a shout out to the Symbian fans out there, don't start selling your Symbian^3 devices just yet. Windows Phone may take it's place in Nokia's portfolio, but Symbian has a few more years in the running at least.
