Batman: Arkham Origins

Grand Theft Auto V has arrived

The long awaited Grand Theft Auto (GTA) V has finally arrived for the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360. GTA V is the fifteenth title in the Grand Theft Auto series, and the first main entry since Grand Theft Auto IV was released in 2008.

Grand Theft Auto V is played in third-person and combines driving and action gameplay in an open world environment, allowing the player to interact with the game world at their leisure. The game is set within the fictional state of San Andreas, which is based on Southern California, affording the player free roam over the world's countryside and the fictional city of Los Santos, which is based on Los Angeles.

Microsoft Xbox 360 software update, brings 32GB USB storage support

It wasn't too long ago Microsoft released a software update for the Xbox 360 which brought several new changes and improvements including an updated interface. One of the features which wasn't publicized has now been revealed and that is that the Xbox 360 now supports 32GB USB storage devices.

Previously users were able to use up to 16GB USB storage devices as memory cards for their Xbox 360. While we would have preferred to see the platform support at least 64GB, we are happy to see this added option introduced.

Xbox 360 receives firmware update, brings new UI and several new features and improvements

Following a period of public beta testing, Microsoft has started rolling out a firmware update to the Xbox 360 which brings several new improvements and enhancements. Due to the large scale of this update it may take several days before it reaches the over three million Xbox consoles around the world.

When the update is available for your device, you should receive a notification which will allow you to initiate the update.

Dishonored

Dishonored is a first person video game developed by Arkane Studios and published by Bethesda Softworks. It is available for Microsoft Windows, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

The Game is played from a first-person perspective and allows you to tackle a series of missions in a stealth, combat or a combination of both.

Angry Birds Trilogy - Now available for gaming consoles

A couple of months ago we reported that Rovio had announced Angry Birds Trilogy for gaming consoles. It seams that time as come as the game has now landed for the Xbox 360, Sony PS3 and Nintendo 3DS.

The Angry Birds Trilogy combines game play from the original Angry Birds, Angry Birds Seasons and Angry Birds Rio.

Microsoft demonstrates Xbox SmartGlass, allows AirPlay like streaming to iOS, Android and Windows devices

Microsoft demonstrated the previously rumored XBox SmartGlass during the ongoing E3. SmartGlass is a feature will allows you to interact with your Xbox using a second screen of your tablet or smartphone.

Microsoft demonstrated some of the features which will be available through the service.

The Amazing Spider-Man

As the Amazing Spider-Man hits theaters on June 28th, it is also set to be available on gaming consoles around the same time.

Microsoft XBox 360 + Kindle bundle offered at $99 through subscription deal

Microsoft is offering the XBox 360 bundled with the Kinect sensor for only $99 with a two year contract. Anyone taking the offer will have to pay $14.99 a month for the duration of the contract during which they will also have access to XBox Live Gold membership.

Halo 4 - Launch date revealed

Microsoft first announced that Halo 4 will be released during the 2012 Holiday season and demonstrated what we can expect in a teaser trailer. Now they have confirmed that the game will be released on November 6th

The storyline will continue where it left off in Halo 3 by answering many of the questions which were left unanswered about Master Chief - the protagonist of the series.

Xbox 360 receives firmware update

Microsoft has released an update for the Xbox 360 which is aimed at fixing problems with the console's video playback quality. Microsoft also released an update to the console last month which added new features but reduced video playback quality.

New Xbox 360 Dashboard coming tomorrow

Users of the Microsoft Xbox 360 are getting ready for an update, and it's coming to the Dashboard. The Dashboard is the main UI on the Xbox 360 which controls everything you do on your gaming console.

The update is a part of Microsoft's effort to unify the user experience across they device portfolio by bringing the Metro UI from Windows Phone and Windows 8 to the Xbox and to give users the ability to interact between their Windows based devices seamlessly.
