Microsoft entered the tablet market with the Microsoft Surface RT and the Microsoft Surface Pro a year ago. Now they are ready to do it again with the second generation of Surface tablets which run the latest build of the Windows 8.1 update. During the event Microsoft is expected to announce the Surface RT 2 and the Surface Pro 2 along with new accessories like a Power Cover and a Surface Docking Station.

One of the best things that has come out of the Verizon and Motorola union has been the Droid brand which started with the original Motorola Droid. Today is Windows 8 Day, and Microsoft is scheduled to officially launch their newest operating system during a special event celebrating the launch. Following the Nokia and Motorola announcements yesterday, its Amazon's turn at the stage as they get set to reveal, what is expected to be a new lineup of Kindle devices.

We expect a successor to the Amazon Kindle Fire along with a larger Kindle tablet. Rumors also suggest that the company will unveil an Amazon branded smartphone.
