Even though the Lumia 1020 has been around for some time now (July 2013), it is still considered by many as one of the best camera phones ever. The newly discounted price should make the handset even more appealing to potential customers.

LG G Flex for AT&T is now available to pre-order


A couple of days ago, we reported that the LG G Flex will be available to pre-order on AT&T starting January 24. Starting this morning the carrier has made the 6 inch curved device available to pre-order for $299.99 on a new two-year contract. However the device is only set to be shipped out to customers on February 4.

Android 4.4 KitKat for HTC One arrives with US carriers

HTC has handed over the Android 4.4 KitKat software update for the HTC One has been handed to US carriers: Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile.

The company revealed on Twitter that the “final KitKat software has entered carrier labs for final testing”, and we should “expect certification next week.” Once certification is complete, end users should start receiving the update on their devices

LG G Flex coming to AT&T in the U.S. for $299.99, pre-orders begin on January 24

Today AT&T has announced that they will be offering the LG G Flex on their lineup - the company’s first handset to sport a curved, flexible display. The second largest US mobile carrier will accept pre-orders for the G Flex starting January 24. Just like Sprint, AT&T has priced the device at $299.99 on contract.

HTC One X+ for AT&T receives Android 4.2.2 with Sense 5.0

HTC One X+ LTEThe HTC One X+ for AT&T is now receiving the Android 4.2.2 software update with the HTC Sense 5.0 user interface. This means that the BlinkFeed streaming news and social media feed is now available for your phone along with the new photo gallery, Music Channel and Miracast.

Like most updates of this nature, the new version will be rolled out in waves. This means that it may be awhile before it arrives for your device. You can also manually check for the update by going to Settings > Software Update > Check for Updates.

The Motorola Moto X is now available for just $399 off-contract through Verizon, AT&T, Sprint and T-Mobile in the United States. If you want more storage, you can also purchase the 32GB model, which is priced at $449. Both models are $100 lower than Motorola initially charged for the two Moto X models.

AT&T announces availability of Samsung ATIV S Neo on November 8, priced at $99 on contract

AT&T has announced that they will be offering the Samsung ATIV S Neo on their network for customers who are looking for a Windows Phone from another manufacturer besides Nokia. The Samsung ATIV S Neo is the first Samsung produced Windows Phone 8 model available from the nation's second largest carrier.

The phone will be priced for $99 with a signed two-year contract. Those signed up with AT&T Next, the service that allows an AT&T customer to upgrade to a new phone every year, will pay zero down and $21 monthly for the handset.

AT&T announces upcoming availability of Nokia Lumia 1520 and Lumia 2520

AT&T has announced that they will be exclusively offering the Nokia Lumia 1520 phablet on their network in the U.S. They will also be offering the Nokia Lumia 2520, Nokia's first modern tablet. While the exact release dates and subsidized pricing are still to be revealed, we expect both devices to be available as soon as November.

Nokia has already stated that the Lumia 1520 will cost $749 unsubsidized while the Lumia 2520 with Windows RT will cost $499.

HTC One for AT&T receives Android 4.3 software update

The HTC One for AT&T is now receiving the  software update. The carrier started rolling out the update yesterday, so it may be awhile before it reaches all the devices. You can check if the update has arrived on your device manually by heading to setting for AT&T Software Update and then selecting the Tap Check for Updates option.

The update is being offered over-the-air, and your device will automatically reboot once the update is complete. It is recommended that you are connected to Wi-Fi and your battery is fully charged before you initiate the update.

The Nokia Lumia 920 has been heavily discounted on AT&T and is now available for just $0.99 for those willing to sign a two-year contract with the carrier. The Lumia 920 specs include a 4.5 inch PureMotion HD+ touch display, up to 32GB of internal storage, an 8 megapixel PureView camera capable of 1080p HD video capture, a secondary camera for video calls and a 1.5GHz dual-core processor.

If you prefer to get the device contract free it will cost you $439.99, Interestingly the Lumia 920 costs more than the much newer and sleeker Nokia Lumia 925, which is priced at $430 off contract on the same carrier.

The Nokia Lumia 925 is now available in the U.S. through AT&T. The device features a 4.5 inch Super Sensitive AMOLED touch display with a 768 by 1280 pixel resolution, an 8.7 megapixel PureView camera with dual LED flash capable of 1080p video capture, 16GB of internal storage, a 2000mAh battery and is powered by a 1.5 GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 Pro processor with 1GB of RAM.

The device is built using a combination of metal and polycarbonate which results in a sleek premium look.

The 16GB variant of the Lumia 925 will cost you $99.99 with a two-year contract on AT&T. If you prefer getting the device contract free the device will cost you $429.99.

The Apple iPhone 5c is now available for pre-order

The somewhat controversial Apple iPhone 5c is now available for pre-order through the Apple Store and the carriers. The iPhone 5c has been priced at $99 for its 16GB and $199 for its 32GB variants if you choose to purchase it through Apple's website. You can select either AT&T, Sprint or Verizon, with whom you will have to sign a two-year commitment for your new iPhone.

The iPhone 5c can be purchased in White, Pink, Blue, Yellow and Green through the carrier of your choice.
