The
HTC One for AT&T is now receiving the
Android 4.4 KitKat with HTC's Sense 5.5 software update. The update is being pushed out OTA (over-the-air) and you should receive a notification when it is available for your device. If your AT&T branded HTC One hasn't received the OTA update yet, remember that these software updates generally takes days before reaching all devices. You can also try to pull the update out of the phone by going to
Settings > Phone Update > Check for update > Download now.
Once you do receive the notification and initiate the update, it should take 25 to 30 minutes to download, and an additional 10 to 20 minutes to install. You should be on a Wi-Fi network and your battery needs to be at least 35% charged.
