1. Open the BlackBerry App World app on your smartphone.
2. Click the Menu key and select Scan a Barcode.
3. Click Start Scanning. Point your Blackberry smartphone camera at the barcode image and hold the camera steady for 3 seconds to scan it.

BlackBerry App World will instantly find the app you've selected.

The Facebook for BlackBerry apps has gotten a new UI with the 3.3 update with refreshed navigation icons and status publisher. The update also brings Facebook integration which allows BlackBerry users to add your BBM friends and start BBM chats directly from within the app. You can also view all your Facebook friends on BBM directly from within the app.

Other improvements include the ability to un-friend people and an enhanced photo viewer. Photos ar displayed in a grid of thumbnails, making it easier to browse through them. Photos now appear in a higher resolution view when they are selected, and switching between shots is faster than before.
