The Windows 8 launch continues to draw closer with just weeks left before the official release. Meanwhile four ads promoting the newest version of Windows has emerged giving us a glimpse of its features and how we can use the software.
Microsoft has been quite open about the features of Windows 8 during its production, and have shared four builds with the public. However we have still to see the final version which has been optimized to take on the newest generation of post PC hardware.
Windows 8 will run across the entire Windows ecosystem. But its specifically designed with touch based devices in mind as you will see in the following videos. Microsoft hopes that Windows 8 will enable their manufacturing partners to better compete with the Apple iPad, which continues to dominate the tablet market.
The videos have not been validated by Microsoft, but we will assume that they are indeed official videos until then. We have just until October 26th to find out.
