[iOS app] Foursquare updated (5.0) with updated user interface

The Foursquare for iOS app has been updated with a revamped user interface which helps users discover new places more easily. The updated app also offers new performance improvements and bug fixes.

The new update allows accessing the most commonly used features easily. The check-in button has been relocated to the top right making checking-in easy. The Friends tab is presented in a streamlined view showing where your friends have checked in.


The other big change comes in the Explore tab. Placed in the center it gives you a list of recommendations on where to visit around your location, and it is built based on your friends’ check-ins.
