The Foursquare for Android has been updated (2012.06.07) and offers the same new interface which we first saw demonstrated on the recently updated Foursquare for iOS app.

The new update is aims to make it easier for users to easily discover new places based on friends’ recommendations. The update also has the following new features and improvements:
