The Lumia 800 features a 3.7" display, 8MP camera, 16GB of storage and is powered by a 1GHz processor While The iPhone 4S features a 3.5" display, 8MP camera, comes in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB variants and is powered by a 1GHz dual core processor.
It is also important to note that while the devices both have an 8MP camera, the iPhone 4S captures video at 1080p while the Lumia 800 captures video at only 720p
