The Google Nexus S is the successor of the Google Nexus One and is built by Samsung instead of HTC. It features a 4 inch curved touch display, 16GB of internal storage, a 5 megapixel camera, a secondary camera for video calls and is powered by a 1GHz processor with 512MB of RAM.I personally am a huge HTC fan, and find myself a little disappointed with Google's choice to use Samsung as their Nexus manufacturer. However the hands on video which follows may change my perception on the handset:
